This cabin is our home away from home, not managed by a third party, so please treat it with the same respect as your own. All bookings require a renter agreement to be signed fully within 24 hours to finalize booking. Guest booking must be over age 25, sign renter agreement, provide drivers license copy, and submit a $200 security deposit. Individual items or decor in the home may change occasionally due to wear and tear or updates. Amenities are subject to change based on the hosts discretion and can be affected by weather and local services. There are rare chances of appliances such as TVs, fireplaces, internet, arcades, hot tub/sauna, kitchen appliances, hot water, or HVAC systems malfunctioning. We try our best to keep everything 100%, but unpredictable issues can occur. Refunds/credits will not be provided for issues beyond the host's control. The exterior front of the property is equipped with a security camera with audio/video capabilities to ensure the safety of guests and the property.
